target).
Econometrica: 4-5 months.
QJE: 60-90 days if not desk-rejected.
Review of Econ&Stat: 3-4 months if not desk rejected (which accounts for
about 30-40% of the submissions.)
J of Business & Econ Stat: 4 months.
