发帖数: 294 | 1 所在program大概30左右，因此能选择的field不多，可选的导师也比较少。
之前想跟的这个教授在field有一定reputation，但感觉年轻气盛，不太好沟通，而且
今年选他的人比较多，感觉牛皮哄哄的。
记得zuyeye等前辈一直说导师network的重要性，但不知要是选个好相处的导师，自己
投入更多的effort，能行得通吗？ |

Finding a good job is the most important thing after you spend 5 years and a
lot of efforts in the program. Don't pick up someone only because he/she is
easy to deal with. Pick up someone that can help you most for your career. |
