people working with each other through freelance contracts, is that the
costs of contracting is too high.
Now with big data emerging, the cost of contracting has decreased
significantly. Therefore, we have more and more contractors and freelance
workers. This is actually a positive trend. The traditional enterprise
structure, with bureaucratic management and rigid labor regualtions, will
fade out eventually. |
