ltinational companies, most of which do not sponsor H1 visa.
Common titles for IDers are:
Instructional designer
Instructional Technologist
Training Specialist
Training Consultant
Curriculum Designer
But if you have a doctorate degree, and very impressive credentials, chances
are that you may find a tennure-track position in academia.

center has tons of jobs open.
Of course, if you have a phd degree from the top 50 education schools, you
still can find a faculty position.
