children to drink and smoke at home and cut it up like gangsters at school.
Many boys think of making quick money like Scar-face, and grils dime
themselves out for drugs. Now the shrink of pay for teachers would crush the
eudcation's back in FL. I have heard serveral schools announce a lay off of

[after the passage of this act which limits property tax to under 1%],
California public schools, which in the 1960s had been ranked #1 nationally
in student achievement,[citation needed] have fallen to 48th in many surveys
of student achievement.[6]
On the other hand, lower property tax might bring more home buyers to
Florida from places like Texas. More population means more students. But

that leave their chair without permission, the ones that punch others's hip
...the ones that shoot their mouth off druing the class...those trouble
makers. But recently I work with adults more than children, they are no easy
cookies either...I had one, calling 911 three times in an hour turning her
self in becasue she wanted to be escorted to the CIA where she used to be a
big head, of course we know she is coo-coo. I d
