We invite you to attend the Seventh Annual NYU International Education
Conference on Thursday, March 29 and Friday, March 30. Panelists from over
40 institutions around the world are convening to discuss this year's
conference theme, "Advancing Global Education in Austere Times", as well as
issues related to the field of international education and development.
This 2-day conference is free and open to the public. Below is information
about registration and a brief schedule of the events.
Thursday, March 29
8:15 am - 3 pm : Registration available on site at Pless Hall, 1st floor
8:15 - 9 am : Complimentary breakfast
9:00 am : Opening Remarks from Dean Brabeck and Prof. Hosay
9:30 - 10:30 am : Keynote address by Prof. Joel Spring (from Queens College/
CUNY Grad Center)
10:45 am : Panel sessions begin
Friday, March 30
8:45 am - 3 pm : Registration available at Kimmel Student Center, Lobby
9:15 am : Panel sessions begin
4:30 - 6pm : Closing reception at Kimball Hall, 246 Greene St, 1st floor
