标 题: 问个关于小公司VOIP的问题

如果我想使用VOIP代替传统固定电话,公司内部大概有10部左右的分机,外部有2到3个固
定号码,请问我该投资什么样的硬件? 具体的现实需要怎么样的步骤?
买个CISCO的VOIP Gateway? 然后再从VOIP Vendor买Service对吗?
公司内部之间的通话是不是Gateway就能实现了啊,不用Internet数据了吧.
另外大家有没有VOIP Vendor的推荐? VOIP Gateway hardware的推荐呢?

发帖数: 1055 | 2 Buy one of those Cisco Unified Communication boxes, it has everything, VoIP,
Wireless, VPN gateway, LAN switching ...For off-net calls, just select any
SIP trunk provider, but you do need to have FXO/ISDN VIC card to connect to
traditional PSTN provider for backup, and possibly a FXS port for fax.
The con side is that Cisco Skinny/SIP phones are expensive, you can buy non-
Cisco SIP phones.
Of course you can go with less expensive solutions, but it is not worthy of

Within you firm, all voice traffic will be on LAN, free of PSTN charge.
There are many SIP/IAX2 providers now. I used this one before

Usually small companies don't have that much hassle hoho. The backup PSTN
line can be used for fax and switched to a phone if network is down.

provides every other data networking functionalities beyond VoIP. | S******n
发帖数: 617 | 6 前两年可能还好，现在这个世道，CCME还是太贵，当然我仅仅和两家思科代理
打过交道，见识不多，根据我拿到的报价，考虑到UNITY EXPRESS,电话，许可证，
技术支持，对这种二三十门电话的小企业来说，CCME一套下来几万块吧。
Linksys RV042, Asterisk IP PBX, FXO/T1 card w/ echo cancellation,
十几门Polycom/Linksys/Aastra电话，一万块也许都用不了，呵呵

SRST (wireless n integrated, FXO and FXS ports, swtiching and Routing, built
in printer server, SIP/H232 gateway)
you can use FXO to dial into PSTN and FXS connected your internal phone
extensions.
One variant of 881 having a 3G connection backup in case mainline is down.
Linksys SPA400 also provides 4 external lines dial out FXOs ports, load
balance among 4 lines. Issue for that is SPA400 test I did is not as stable

另外有一点很多人不注意，其实很重要，那就是不能与911中心连接，911无法准确判断
您的地址，紧急情况下会很麻烦
