这能证明这个attribute的scope吗？
比如，localpref应该是inside AS的，weight是router的，那这个Origin是啥？
比如我想知道这个attribute是在route里面attached还是local only的，用什么

attribute可以改，才能改变路由选择，连改都不能改，or改的时候都没法改（比如
local only）的，你traffic engineer怎么做？
还有，TE要将domain的，是inter domain还是in the domain。
