How about listing some LB strageties
we have met or implemented?
Here is a list of questions of mine:
1) How to evaluate load inbalance? the metric: such as
users number in a cell, interference factor, tasks,
CPU usage, click-rate.
2) Is the algorithm centric or distributed?
3) What's the network entity:Cell, Switch, Computer, Multiprocessors
