sunder review since then.
Is it too long? Should I address an email to see what's going on?
Actually, this review manuscript was requested by the editor in chief when
he learned about my background, but never knew him before.
Therefore, is there something not normal for the invitation of the editor in
chief for me to compse a review article for his journal?
