Grade means nothing, though as student, we all need higher grades...:(
I like this year's topic because, if I were in the exam, I could
write whatever I want.
We are who we are because of what we learn and what we remember. Through
learning, we acquire knowledge about the world. And memory is the
retention or storage of that knowledge. If I can get other people's
memory storage by transplant, I can get a whole new perspective of the

b4 I took the entrance test many years ago, we had a test which was
silimar to the real test. In that test, I only got 5 points in
composition, whichi the total score was 60! I was very suprised.
I gave the same composition to other teacher and let him to grade
it again. hehe... guess how much he gave me? 55! such a world! | a*****i

I *HATE* completely making stuff up and pretending you really are full
of passion while writing it. I can only write good stuff if I really want
to. It is all Bullshit I say... The whole thing along with at least 40% of
the Chinese education... It gives me a crispy feeling of 八股文。Language
is a tool, the real thing you need to learn is the logic, the reasoning.
Well, along with some ability to enjoy the art of language. But the way
entrance exam is designed is just totall bull.

In my opinion, language is a secret box, which allows the reader to
enter a world that resembles our own in many ways, but is not the
world we know.
I always like magic realism. :))
btw, it is not the design, but the entrance exam itself is BS. Anyway,
I hate exams in general.

Ok, I like to know those expressions but
I only use them in very special situations
where I really wanted to insult someone
where it hurts. It's out of scholastic
interest. It's just fun to analyze
and meaning and hear the articulation,
