NEW YORK, Aug 27 (Reuters Health) -- Women who experience severe
psychological stress at or near the time of conception may be more likely to
have a baby girl, Danish researchers report.
Exactly how stress affects the sex ratio of babies is unclear, but the
research supports earlier studies that have found the proportion of male
infants declines after natural disasters such as earthquakes.
