if you are in njit, you have to ask the computer center in njit or some
department like that, they have the right to assign a domain name to
you. But please bare in mind that they normally would not agree if you
can not provide a solid reason (from their perspective).
You have to talk to the authority who issue you the domain name for
some advice, they will point you to the right party to talk to.
