if you are a girl, and a guy says "don't get your panties in a bunch", it
might just mean "don't get all worked up over something....". it's actually
somewhat offensive, i'd presume.

样吧，中国人总说example。我有一次看采访关颖山滑冰，用的是inspire others，用这
个更符合老美说法。

发帖数: 34 | 7 首先，原文不地道。不过set an example是可以的，inspire别人是另一个意思了，
我不觉得这两个是interchangeable的。
然后，原文有语法错误，主语是复数，应该用has而不是have。set a good example，
up该去掉。for me可以去掉。how to do sciences可以换种说法。另外主语用得不
好，应该是某某人为你set an example，而不是他的某些品质。
Anyway，原句不地道，且不通顺，应该重新组织一下，从头写过。
例句：You have set a good example of preciseness and thoroughness in
doing scientific research.
