a*********y 发帖数: 74 | 1 打电话的时候说的,比如说,b as boy, d as dog....
是不是每个字母都有约定俗成的表示?
大家都知道哪些常用的? |
r******y 发帖数: 21907 | 2 不是所有的都用吧,那些比较不容易分别清楚的,比如b,d m,n
m as mary. n似乎很少用@@

a*******e 发帖数: 100 | 11 Nice try, since very often people use names for this, but some listed below
are actually not good for this purpose. For example, c for Cathy, because
there is also Kathy with a K.
There isn't a fixed set of words for the alphabet - I've heard creative and
interesting ones and usually got a chuckle out of it - but the rule of thumb
is use the the most common and straight-forward words.

i******t 发帖数: 12 | 13 That's sexist. G as in Grace, T as in Tina. Or G-spot, T-bone. |
c********n 发帖数: 17 | 14 Most people use common words without any convention. i like to use common
first names. Say, b as in Bob and d as in Donna.
i think professions in air lines/shipping lines have their conventions. They
don't even say the letter or "as in". for example (made-up example) they say
"MIT" as "Molly, Irene, Tonny" |
