issues" doesn't mean much. In fact it is terribly vague. What exactly
did you do during troubleshooting? What were the "account issues"?
What types of "accounts" had "issues"--computer user accounts, financial
or banking accounts, receivables/payables accounts, client contracts?
What do you mean by "issues"? Suppose you mean problems with on-line
banking accounts; would "account issues" mean login problems that the
