比如I would appreaciate it very much if u do sth...
如果是我，我会回答：
Thank you for your quick note. Sorry to know that there is no opening
position
(in your lab). Could you please forward my resume to other professors who
you think have suitable positions for me? Iwould also like to contact them
directly regarding their opening positions. blahbalh...
