Literally: brimmed over with talent (don't ever say this in conversations or
you would sound pretentious)
Based on context and situation, you can use one of many terms. "magnificent"
is probably the closest.

The biggest similarity between magnificent and 才华横溢 is that they are
both hyperboles and shouldn't really be used much. At any rate, magnificent
is mostly used to describe things, rarely with people as its object...

| Y**s 发帖数: 1632 | 17 I really hope you are just joking... Are you using the frequency of Google
search results to justify word usage?!!!
If I search "I is good" on google, I get about 14,800,000 records...
Therefore, it is the correct, desirable usage?
I mean, sure, I know Google is useful and all, but to draw this kind of
conclusion is pretty ridiculous and rather ignorant... heh

你这个"i is good", 我给你列列前面几个结果
第一个, measure I is good, 这里的I是1的意思
第二个, gilli is good...
的结果中很多they是指things,not people。

就拿"he was maginicent"来说,就有
Even his enemies generally admit that he was magnificent, and even his
supporters generally admit that he was a bastard.
He was magnificent as Judge Clark Brown in "Boston Legal," and of course I
agree with "Kentucky Fried Movie" as a hilarious example

| | | Y**s 发帖数: 1632 | 21 right, so... what's the context?
Half of your so-called "sources" sounds like cheezy romantic novel excerpts. The other half sounds like hero worshiping. Again, please don't quote unless you actually KNOW the context. Magnificent can be used to describe people in such way, but it's FAR more common to use it to describe a particularly good looking dog - "This bitch is a magnificent example of her breed", or an amazing experience with a whore - "That bitch I had in Barcelona was magnificent!".

excerpts.

别like来like去的,两顶"cheezy romantic novel"和"hero worshiping"的帽子就被你

Right, dictionary teaches you definition and not contextual usage. This is
the same reason why you can memorize the meaning of EVERY word appearing on
the GRE and still can't write a better paragraph than the average 10th
grader.
No, not quite, I find your entire "argument" of using Google search results
as justification a sad joke - a non sequitur, if you will.

results
spell out吧。
