Literally: brimmed over with talent (don't ever say this in conversations or
you would sound pretentious)
Based on context and situation, you can use one of many terms. "magnificent"
is probably the closest.

If you really want a PERSON to be the object for magnificent, it may not be
all that flattering:

Half of your so-called "sources" sounds like cheezy romantic novel excerpts. The other half sounds like hero worshiping. Again, please don't quote unless you actually KNOW the context. Magnificent can be used to describe people in such way, but it's FAR more common to use it to describe a particularly good looking dog - "This bitch is a magnificent example of her breed", or an amazing experience with a whore - "That bitch I had in Barcelona was magnificent!".

Right, dictionary teaches you definition and not contextual usage. This is
the same reason why you can memorize the meaning of EVERY word appearing on
the GRE and still can't write a better paragraph than the average 10th
grader.
