thoughts to other people in english so they understand you.
to be able to argue, debate like a laywer in front of a judge is a whole new
level which is hard to do even for native speakers.

Totally agree. Every time when I talk to my boss, I don't know what topic to
start. Even sometimes I find a topic (such as weather, holiday), I don't
know how to continue. It's painful.
