1700 和 9000 ！！！我想很多房地产公司会把注意力投向废弃工业用地，但是国内做
这方面环境评估和治理的力量好像还没有发展起来，市场应该会很热。
懂技术的牛牛们给简单介绍一下这个过程涉及的工序和主要难度。 | h*****k

处理很困难,加水,用电化学的方法(具体看是什么污染物了),bioremediation就更慢了.
快一点的方法有...啥也不做,过半年,然后宣布处理完了,开始盖楼. | m*****o

excavation的话也是治标不治本，挖出来倾倒到landfill处理。
这是需要时间和耐心的，不要光看能挣多少
situ

全挖走倒是相对经济有效的办法，然后把挖出的土当作危险化学品处理? | m********e

CEPA drafted a couple of new standards for soil and groundwater recently,
but I doubt if 万科 can find someone to cleanup to the standard cost-
effectively. For residential development, they should follow more stringent
standards.
140000m^3 soil + unknown groundwater plume, that will cost a fortune and
take a long time.
Also I don't buy that DDT & 六六六 are the only contaminants. That site used
to make pesticides and paints. | a***h

with only a handful of them cleaned up.
Basically there is no effective way to clean up soils contaminated by heavy
metal and other nondegradable contaminates.
