为什么超过100%?你的vacation hours没有用掉,全都工作了?要这样,那些没用掉的
vacation hours应该可以折合成钱给你的。

people do 100% billable. My firm does not put any limit on numbers. As far
as the work is done, they are satisfied.
Personally, I do not see any essential benefits setting a chargeable rate
could bring to a corporate. Maybe PMs can refer to the timesheets to track
down what each employee did in case there is a peformance problem.

company sets the goal of 85% for associates and low-level managers.

是要求100%。不过,goal超过100%的只听过律师事务所。
