this year, and perhaps you could become a volunteer then. In addition, WQTC
in 2009 will be held in Seattle..

ASCE...but let me know if you're coming to my city for the conference!
won't go to WQTC either this year, lots of conference budgets has been
cutted this year...:((
btw, I enjoyed working a lot more than with Civil before, but there're tons
of stuff waiting for me to learn in process group! And I'm really the baby
of the group...
