My citation is about 140 total, 12 times reviewer.
the attorney said that I could beat 70% NIW applicants (in his office).
Considering I am not a PhD but just a master which narrowly meet the minimum degree requirement of NIW, I think the mid-level NIW applicants might be 50-80 citation with 8-10 times reviewer for a master, 50 times citation with 5-8 times reviewer for a PhD.
And one thing need to mention is that the attorney I talked to tell me that 90% of his cases passed. So the minimum requirement for NIW should be lower than the number I listed.
You could simply send one email to some attorney and ask him about your case. I do not think the attorney will charge you for this simple question. Normally they would evaluate your case and only accept your case once they think it possible. So if someone said that you should be fine, just go ahead and try.

反正公司会支持EB2，所以才会有了冲EB1b的想法。 |

其实NIW就是个鸡肋，现在看来美国不需要2，3类这样的普通人，需要的是第一类的人
才第5类的资金。2，3类就是在漫漫耗费自己的青春为帝国主义服务了。

2. 背景一般偏弱
美国一般学校工程Ph.D，现在在一家小公司做研发。
PAPER： 6篇英文，（其中5篇是第一作者），有一篇文章是某杂志年度引用次数最多文
章之一，1篇book chapter，会议论文10篇左右
引用：大约60次。
没有claim Review (因为只有3次）
学生的时候开会拿过5次奖，律师也没有claim，因为这种奖不算。可能算在
contribution里了。
