ESD China is a leading international consultancy based in China undertaking
over hundreds of consulting projects each year in water/wastewater
engineering, civil engineering, energy and environmental sectors, EHS sector
, soil and groundwater remediation, and so on. Our service covers project
appraisal, due diligence assessment, benchmarking study, procurement
management, preparation of technical specifications, project management,
construction management, EPC turnkey projects, and so on for national and
international organizations. We are looking for competent professionals to

rapid growth.
These are 4 entry level positions with immediate availability based in ESD
Shanghai Office:
Municipal/Environmental Engineering - Project Engineers who will be
responsible for project deliverables in consultancy and project management
in the field of municipal and civil engineering under the senior staff’s
supervision. The candidates needs to have the following qualifications:
1. Engineering background such as municipal engineering, civil
engineering, mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, energy
industries, or equivalent;
2. Bilingual capacity (Chinese and English) are essential;
3. MSc degree or above;
4. Technical competence with detail orientated;
5. Working experiences either in China or overseas would have advantage;
6. Good Chinese and English communication skill;
7. Good interpersonal communication skill;
8. Good working attitude with professional ethics;
Energy Engineers – responsible for project deliverables in consultancy and
project management in the field of energy efficiency including energy
auditing, due diligence study, and providing technical solutions on energy
schemes under senior staff’s supervision. The candidate needs to have the
following qualifications:
1. Education background in thermal, chemical or energy engineering or
industrial engineering;
2. Bilingual capacity (Chinese and English) are essential;
3. MSc degree or above;
4. Working experiences either in China and overseas would have advantage;
5. Technical competence with detailed orientation;
6. Good Chinese and English communication skill;
7. Good interpersonal communication skill;
8. Good working attitude with professional ethics;
