normally business attire will be fine,
even in banking industry,
some USA banks now allow smart casual in weekdays.
(the exception is for the guys who meet clients)
if you are travelling to just a branch of your company,
give the HR department a call, ask them for the dress code:)
I would suggest you bring both with you.
on the first day, put on business attire,
if they allow smart casual, change it.
a small umbrella is always a good idea
