These questions are very typical Microsoft questions.
For more technical interviews,
they usually ask, (In sequence)
1. Why do you wanna join this company?
2. Tell me about your technical background...
3. Why do you think you r a good fit to our team?
The most important thing is to do some research on the job,
then
state that you know all/most the skills they need. In that
case, they
would have the impression that you could well fit into the
job.
