Your budget?
Hotels in Amsterdam are extremely expensive. Prices are depending on the
class, season, location... Even 2 star hotels may ask for more than 100euros
/night in the city center. Maybe you are lucky to find good deal. Because of
the crisis, some has lowered their prices. Of course if you have a car, you
do not need to stay in the center. Parking in the city center is also
expensive. You can also try apartment, youth hotel...
Chinese food are very cheap...
