生办，但要医生签名和公证。只做常规的健康检查可以吗？还是说必须要做xray，
blood test什么的，今天去问了个医生，居然给我估价$600，也太贵了吧！！！
有没有人有过类似经验的，应该怎么弄呢？ | s******t

down basic info, like age, weight, height so on. Cost 80 euros. You should
get a form from the BE embassy then you can see what needs to be filled in. |
