the paypal website says it will clear the bank in 5 days, not instant
payment.
But if I link the paypal to a debit card, paypal will treat it as a credit
card and charge me service fee each time I make a payment.
Can anyone tell me what is the right way to set the paypal account? | s***2

recieved immediatly. Maybe Paypal needs a couple of transactions to verify
