卖地好的年景钱非常多
国内的学校不管你愿意不愿意，肯定是外行评价内行
所以没有过硬的数字的也就这样了
如果一个行当只认一作的话，只有四篇比较普通的一作的话
实在不能算什么独立研究者
拿到任何地方都不会特别好offer
哪怕你说篇篇都是领域里非常重要工作
那得有人背书才行
比如同领域的院士都出来写信说这人工作影响非常大如何如何
这也是为什么学校一般还都认杰青优青之类，哪怕你有个面上
因为是同行评审，同行觉得你在领域里不错了，学校还是买帐的 | s**u

老连有些着急，connection是最重要的，单凭实力有时候没用。
说到Tufts，别的不说，营养尤其是基础营养绝对在全美国名列前茅，老连学的就是营
养。本来已经混上了USDA科学家，可是偏就嫌没劲，海龟了。

他们实验室是营养届的一个旗帜
他们大老板任IOM的营养与食品组的主席多年,还做过AJCN的主编,美国临床营养协会的
前主席,美国营养学会的现主席
而他的导师,也是我们这批人心中的偶像,3年拿到PhD,12-3年上正教授,得奖无数
在Tufts,很容易拿到非常strong的推荐信,比如说,IOM,WHO相关学术机构的数届主席(主
任),都是Tufts营养学院的人担当的
他非常热心,对于每个新人都竭尽全力的帮助,很长时间,他每个月都至少有一次帮人搬
家,直到后来把腰扭了
tufts当时一个学生生了一种严重的慢性病,要长期治疗,他一直充当车夫
偶然作一次好人容易,长期作好人就不是那么容易了 |
