the Department of Labor (step 1 of green card processing); the College must
do this within 18 months of our job offer to you, but we should do this
immediately after we receive approval of your H1-B visa.
Step 2: When the Department of Labor approves our application, we will file
an I-140 petition, which locks in the priority dates for Step 3 (the green
card processing).

mine didn't mention that. so i guess i will pay for the step 3 fee without
getting any reimbursement later. |
