pace of difficulty level.
agree: one-one contact is very important to impress your student. |

要给他们一点老师的威严。 不用给不必要得 personal help. 不会领你的情的。 告诉
他们你很忙。
最重要的是不要犯错误。承诺要履行。

对学生好,但不是谄媚。试着和他们作朋友,帮住他们的朋友
讲课时候宁可讲清楚,不求全部讲完
英语要清楚,让孩子们听懂,课间或者单独交流的时候,问问孩子们能不能听懂讲课,
有什么问题,什么可以改进的。个人感觉,一对一非正式场合交流,很容易促进关系
试着调侃一下,新prof,和学生年龄不一定差多少,别让他们觉得你是老一辈的妖怪
记得人家是花钱来买服务的 |
