1. Offer letter是从８／１６／０９ 开始工作，现在学校在给办H1B (premium)。请
问H1B的开始日能不能早于８／１６？
2. LD will be quitting the job and relocating with me，需要从H1B转成H4，能不
能和我同时递申请？
3. Assume LD quits the job on 7/15/09, and submit the application for H1B to
H4 on 7/10, and my H1B is approved and starts 8/16 (so LD H4 starts 8/16 as
well), is it illegal from 7/10 to 8/16 for LD staying in the US?
