Janelia Farm Fellows are early career stage scientists with little or no
prior postdoctoral work. They can also be experienced researchers who want
to change research direction or accomplished scientists, who after an
accomplished career in academia or industry, want to return to an
environment highly focused on the conduct of research rather than
administrative duties.

的要求，我刚毕业不做 Postdoc 能申请的也就是 fellow，这个位子的门槛比 group
leader 低很多，但也算 PI，有自己的实验室，可以招人。 |
