college. One of the search committee member asked "how do you bring
undergraduate student into your research program?"
I was lost a second at this question, wondering why I would hire an
undergraduate to do research. Suddenly I realized they only have
undergraduate students. There is no time for me to reinvent the answer. So I
"blah blah" how to integrate a graduate student in my research.

如果你对教育很有心得，表达出来的话
可能能获得优势。否则，他们可能就是看
你的反应和语言能力----对他们来说，
总得有个评判标准吧。 |

再说就是research univ也要带本科生研究吧
