信：publish as it is。还告诉我慢了，人家还不高兴。不知道这个人家是编辑还是作
者。

If you do that too many times, you won't receive more invitations. |

At least, you need to read the manuscript thoroughly; and then maybe check
some references. If this is a journal, the reviewer is basically the only
mechanism that controls the quality.
Conference paper is a different matter. But, still "a couple minutes" is
totally irresponsible. |

间最好在journal平均审稿周期时间内
最好不要一蹴而就，审1遍写下来 放几天回头再看看 也许你发现你给的修改意见是因
为你没理解别人的

以后还是想办法在1个星期之内提交好了。 |

虽然很多人都是灌水，两分钟一篇也太。。。
