作为常在此被人轻视的文科teaching school faculty, 至少我觉得幸运：我们从来没有
postdoc之说，大家都是找了tenure track工作才毕业，教课不少但是干完活就回家，
科研压力
小。明年，就是在我35岁生日之前就能拿tenure了，我觉得我就是个混子，但也从没担
心过tenure
一事。（我们学校通常在第四年的时候，把认为不会tenure的faculty弄走）

现在各行各业的faculty jobs都极其的供大于求了吧
可以不做postdoc的方向越来越少吧
除非嗅觉敏锐选对方向
多搞些research scientists
提高工资就好了
这样结构更合理
什么项目都是leader需要的少
干活的需要的多
postdoc基本就是labor
但是low pay的labor
幌子是未来能当leader
其实没那么leader jobs了
就直接research scientists多发点钱就好了
