求我必须购买美国航空公司的机票。美国的航空公司我一个一个都查过去了，买一张机
票正好把钱用光，可是我的地面交通、住宿就没有了着落。但是如果买欧洲的航空公司
的机票，就可以省下差不多一半的钱。
请问这种要求是老板的grant里面要求的么？有办法融通么？老板的钱必须专款专用，
不可以用来支持住宿的么？谢谢！ |

connection problem (unavailability) or timing (unable to catch the scheduled
meeting/presentations with USA airlines).
Don't know if significant price difference is an acceptable argument, but
you can check with your institutional grant/contract officer who manages
that particular fund to see what you can do under this situation.
You may also discuss this situation with your boss. He or she may simple
give you a few hundred |

to get approval before you book the ticket. Otherwise, you can't get
reimbursed.

价格差肯定不能当理由。找其他更冠冕堂皇的理由。
我就不信美国航班何时何地都有，丫的

票都买了，这边说可能不行，最后查了，应该是美国政府出钱的话不行：traveling on
international trips being paid for by the U.S. Government. |

发帖数: 6421 | 10 没有美国航班或者美国航班需要转机两次以上或者延迟提前24小时以上的，好像就可以
用外国航班。
这个fly america act都有详细规定。

主任那里账户多些，也许能够帮忙。 |

销时，
能找到人换钱即可。
