绿卡不能帮发文章和中proposal，看它何用。学校申请H1-B，
也不是什么麻烦事情。

status，我说是H-1B，对方就没消息了。后来我的EB-1A140批了，我就给他们了这个
消息。第二天chair就发了onsite的通知。面试时从chair和dean都感觉出他们就是因为
我马上就有绿卡了给的onsite。他们见到我的第一句话就是，恭喜你快要拿到绿卡了！
而且chair一再追问我啥时能拿到绿卡，还想看我的approval notice。
还有的学校，在ad里就明确说了，只招绿卡或公民。我觉得有绿卡是会提高你拿到
offer的几率。 |

发帖数: 441 | 15 我觉得关键在于招人的难度。teaching的candidate pool可以大些，很多美国人有身份
的人跟我们一样竞争，那人家可以招到有卡的，就不bother招没卡的了。
大部分好的research school的话可能就更加看重individual的能力了，因为能力差异
在这里应该体现的更加明显。
