am the one selected and ask an updated budget plan for starting projects.
yesterday, I got an email from another co-chair and said the position still
open and I am one of candidate in their shortlist, and she is out of town
for 3 weeks. I immediately called the other co-chair, and he said they all
wait for the dean's final decision, and they still are very interested in me
, and I am the top candidtate for the position. | h*****t

I don't think there's much you can do now.
I think you can tell the co-chair that you've got another offer so you would
greatly appreciate if they can let you know their decision ASAP.

institute, and I prefer this one. anyway, all just because I have no
experience before, how could I know this was going to happen! I have sent an
email last night for the goverment position, hope the position is still
available. Thanks!

because I got two offers at the almost same time, and I just won't want to
let other institue wait for me so that they can give the offer to another
candidate. Do you think I should now let them know I just reject an offer
for this one? it makes me feel I force them to give me the offer, especially
at this weird time.
