本来指导学生是做老师的本分，可现在一想到跟这些学生工作，不论是科研还是毕业论
文，就感到很沮丧，进而开始怀疑自己根本不适合这一行
想请教大家是怎么看待类似问题的 |

maintain a reasonably low standard on the students. spend the least time on
them. get rid of them asap.
hopefully you just "advise" them rather than work with them. this depends on
what your field is.

我们专业不太指望学生替我们干活啦，可矮子里拔长子，分给你的RA还是要用啊，给他
们分派活都很头痛，更别提那些一百年都不毕业的ABD
