I plan to go back to China this winter and need a H1b visa stamp to re-
enter US. Is it pretty safe that I will get the visa stamp ? How likely that
I will have the background investigation ? If you have similar experience,

was checked twice (each time lasting more than 6 months), but that was about
6-8 years ago.
