2, 5, 6，4，grant 有的话很好，没有也不是个大问题
报上学校后, provost 看重的是
1，7
不过各个学校可能侧重点不同 | a**********d

1.number of publications and the level of journals are most important, which
also shows your research experiences. If you work at different good labs,
indicating your strong research experiences, but no publications, that means
nothing.
2. in some social science majors conference paper is not important at all.
3.for research schools, teaching experience is preferred (including TA
experiences), but not critical unless your teaching evaluation is really bad
.
