you need two H1b for two jobs.
Should be fine if you have a green card.
But you may need to report to your current school. |

发帖数: 1478 | 4 well, you didn't specify what kind of position you are holding now.
In our school, tenure-track faculty members are not allowed to have a
secondary position because of the reassignment time. The department
distributes the form so everyone has to report regardless your status.
In your case, if you do not worry about the visa status, and it's a part-
time staff job, I think there's no problem if you hold two. But you'd
better report when you are asked to. Why bother to hide?
