from the original request? If yes, how should we write the "Budget Impact
Statement"? I guess we cannot say "We are not going to do task XXX because
of the GRA reduction".

Yes, you can remove one GRA.
In Budget Impact Statement, just say no impact, the PIs will take care of
the extra work so that the scope remains to be the same. |
