I got an offer in a liberal arts college. And I don't have backup now. I
asked one question about greencard. Dean replied the same day that they
sponsor my greencard application. Then, I wonder whether I should argue for
more salary now. My situation is I don't have backup now. And I am sure the
best I can argue is 1000 more per year because I know their rank difference.
May I ask your advice?
