be in a reseacrh school. On the other hand, you have to realize that, in
teaching school, the teaching commitments are higher in terms of the number

如果藤校才能算，那是挺难的
但是很多州立大学或者其中有些系也号称是research的
如果你从一个州立teaching的系到另外一个州立大学偏research的系
我没看出有啥难的，如果你保持publication在一定水平

要把这些存量逐渐消化掉，恐怕两年是不够的

Now I have an offer from a research agency. However, I heard it is very
difficult to move from here to a research u. Because there are too many
reports to be written by this new person and there won't be much time left
for my own research. Also, those reports are impossible to get published by
peer-reviewed journals. So, if I accept this offer, the hope to move to
other university is very low.
What do you think?

publication record comparable to those in the research university.
But I am in statistics and all I need is a computer. And with $500 I can buy
a 4 core desktop at home to run my simulation. |

她的
teaching 不行，但是research 应该不错。所以学校劝退时就说，你应该去research
school.她就去了。
