do we need to show all publications?
do we need one slide to show education and experience(where to get phd,
where to do postdoc, where to work before)
do we need one slide to show all papers and books and talks?
or just focus on one research? |

No. The job talk is usually 1.5 hours long with presentation and Q&A
included. You can spend a few minutes to give an overview of your research and spend most of your time on one or two projects that you think best represent your abilities and achievements.
No. The people who will make the hiring decision all have access to your vitae.
BTW, I assume you are talking about an onsite interview for a faculty position. You will be the only person there to give a seminar. I know there may be some differences across disciplines, but it is weird that you keep referring to yourself in plural form.
