学校帮我办H1b，需要提供
Certified copies of documentation of highest degree earned
1。 Two certified copies of the diploma
2。 If the degree was earned outside the U.S., please obtain a credential
evaluation to verify the degree is equivalent to one awarded in the U.S. at the same level.
我拿的是非美国的博士学位，肯定要办2，也就是credential evaluation. 所以我有点困惑：是否办了credential evaluation就已经代表学位证书复印件是certified? 是否还要再按照1的要求去做两份公正过的证书复印件。请有经验的帮忙解答。多谢。
