the first time and got very bad valuations from students. I improved the
valuations significantly at the second time, but still below the average. (
below school average but above course average, as most instructors for this
course are PHD students ) This is the third time, and surprisingly,I got
several thank you letters! It feels so good that my efforts are recognized
